These thick vintage Bolivian frazadas are remarkable with their beautiful bold and colorful stripey patterns. Made from sheep's wool these textiles have been handwoven then hand spun and are used as blankets or to sit on as a rug. These traditional frazadas are perhaps the last vestige of traditional hand weaving still thriving in the central Andes. They are fabulous over a bed or hanging on a wall.
