We take great pride in the merchandise we offer, but do understand there may be a reason to return or exchange an item. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 14 days of receipt of product. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in instances where the item you received is incorrect, or damaged. If an item has not been correctly received or is damaged, you must contact Loaded Trunk within 7 days of receiving the merchandise at email@example.com.
Sale Items Are Not Returnable
To return an item for any other reason, simply print your invoice and send the unused items with a copy the invoice to:

We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our store or warehouse. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you receive a package with visible damage.
