This
1,000-year-old art form traces its beginnings to the Iznik tradition,
which were among the finest works produced in the Ottoman Empire.
The quality of the work makes it one of the most sought after folk art today. These
beautiful platters come from various artists in Turkey and are all hand
made. I use to them to serve in but they are delicate and need to be
hand washed gently. They are beautiful pieces of art and each platter
can be hung.
