  Pashmina|The Real Thing

Alternative Views:

The art of Pashima-making in the Valley of Kashmir is believed to be as old as 3000 year B.C.  It takes 200-250 hours of work to make a single plain pure Pashmina shawl without embroidery. The best shawls are made from the soft, downy undercoat that grows primarily on the neck and the underbelly of the Himalayan mountain goat, Capra hircus. The real thing is irresistible.  At the loaded trunk we realize that not everyone can find the real thing so i brought back a selection. It is said that the test for a true Pashima is that it should pull through your wedding ring.
